How does it work?

The Voucher Shop manage and fulfil the orders, despatching employee’s selections directly to them and passing on some great savings.

FlexBank is the online version of our popular Flexible Benefits voucher service, whereby employees save money by purchasing store vouchers via their monthly salary. Instead of committing to specific vouchers every month, employees commit to an amount deducted from their salary which is then banked in their personal electronic FlexBank account.

Over a 12 month period, they can choose when and where to draw down on their account. Employees can order online from over from over 40 high street stores and using our ‘flex calculator’ can instantly see the savings they’ll make on their choice of vouchers.
